The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta has been completely redesigned this year and marks the seventh generation of VW’s 5-passenger compact sedan. It comes with sharp styling, enhanced safety features, and new technology. The initial price starts below $20,000, making it competitive with rivals such as the Nissan Sentra, Chevy Cruze and Honda Civic. These competitors along with almost every other small sedan has outsold the Jetta. As the only European compact sedan in this class, the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta has a contemporary design and vibrant driving manners that its competitors lack.

The 2019 Volkswagen Jetta is a 5-passenger offered in S, SE, R-Line, SEL and SEL Premium. The base Jetta S is decently equipped. Notable standard equipment includes 16-inch wheels, LED headlights, air conditioning, power windows and door locks, cruise control, rearview camera, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an infotainment system with a 6.5-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, MirrorLink smartphone connectivity, a USB port, 4-speaker AM/FM radio.
